• Position: Field Service Engineer
  Details
  Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  1.Install/start-up/commission/troubleshoot/repair pumps and auxiliary equipment.
  2.Prepare and submit the field service report to customer and company.
  3.Establish high visibility at plant maintenance and operator levels by direct contact and regular follow-up.
  4.Keep relationship with customer by providing professional advice d on product knowledge and experience.
  5.Carry out the safety analysis of job to be finished to ensure people and environments are protected.
  6.Provide training to customer as well as other FONDA PUMPS staff.
  7.Ensure FONDA PUMPS disciplines and regulations are followed.
  Job Specifications:
  1.Bachelor degree with engineering background or higher.
  2.More than 5 years working experience in pump industry and 3 years experience in field service role.
  3.Good relationship and communication skill.
  4.Field service experience in pump or relative industry is preferred.
  5.Fluent English or German.
  6.Independent, organized, self-motivated, teamwork
• Position: Sales Engineer- Industry
  Details
  Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  1.Maintain the existing customers and develop the potential market of FONDA PUMPS Pumps products in Oil&Gas/Chemical industry in the defined area;
  2.To visit and conduct presentation to promote FONDA PUMPS products with end users,design institute and customers;
  3.To achieve sales target and promote sales strategies for FONDA PUMPS products in the defined area;
  4.To build-up sales network and improve communicating of project with P&A departments;
  5.Continuously increasing customer satisfaction of FONDA PUMPS products;
  6.Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
  Job Specifications:
  1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or the related;
  2. At least three years experience in Pumps or the related products sales in Oil & Gas/Chemical industry or correlative;
  3. Good customer knowledge of a certain industry or territory;
  4. Strong negotiation and influencing skills;
  5. Honesty and integrity, diligence and good team work spirit;
  6. Good command of English in speaking and writing.
  
• Position: Application Engineer Industry
  Details
  Position: Application Engineer Industry
  1.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  2.To communicate with customers to clarify technical requirements;
  3.To issue quotations and bidding document accurately and on time, and attend the project bidding for technical parts;
  4.To provide valve selection according to technical sheet and optimized solution according to customer needs;
  5.To finalize technical parts of purchase orders and check order confirmation and make sure the accuracy of order data;
  6.Providing good technical support and technical training if needed to sales engineer and other department colleagues;
  7.Other tasks assigned by P&A Manager.
  Job Specifications:
  1.Bachelor Degree majored in mechanical engineering, especially fluid machinery;
  2.Above 3 years working experience in valve and industry field or other fluid machinery preferably with a manufacturer;
  3.Good technical knowledge of Pumps application, able to work independently;
  4.Familiar with AutoCAD software;
  5.Good team p, honesty and integrity, willing to learn new knowledges;
  6.Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
  
• Position: Sales Engineer Industry
  Details
  Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  1.To maintain the existing customers and develop the potential market of FONDA PUMPS Pumps products in the industry in the West of China;
  2.To visit and conduct presentation to promote FONDA PUMPS products in the industry with end users, design institutes and customers;
  3.To achieve sales target and promote sales strategies for FONDA PUMPS products in the West of China;
  4.To manage and support the agents and dealers.
  5.To build-up sales network and improve communicating of project with P&A departments;
  6.To increase continuously customer satisfaction of FONDA PUMPS products;；
  7.To Report and research competitors' actions, including collecting prices and marketing information.
  8.To complete all routine weekly/monthly reports as necessary to ensure effective information distribution
  9.To finish other tasks assigned by supervisors.
  Job Specifications:
  1.Above or bachelor Degree  majored in mechanical engineering, especially fluid machinery;
  2.Above or 5 years of sales experience, included at least 2 years on valve field. Experience on control Pumps should be better;
  3.Good customer knowledge of a certain industry or territory, able to work independently;
  4.Good team p, honesty and integrity, willing to learn new knowledge;
  5.Strong negotiation and influencing skills;
  6.Good command of English both in speaking and writing.
  
• Position: After-market Sales Manager
  Details
  Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  1.To define and implement the plans and measures to achieve the strategic targets.
  2.To develop aftermarket business in north China.
  3.To manage the aftermarket sales team to achieve the targets.
  4.To manage the TSS team to achieve the targets.
  5.To build the long-term strategy with customer.
  6.To manage the relationship with customer.
  7.To handle the customer’s complaint.
  8.To coordinate with other functional department in company.
  9.To manage the agent / distributor team.
  10.To train the sales engineer for business skill.
