Forty pumps, as the first lot delivery for a local refinery expansion project, have been truck-loaded yesterday.   

These pumps are fully compliance with API610 standard and delivered in complete turn-key package with motor and instruments installed. The delivery includes OH2, BB4 and VS4 pumps, made in carbon steel mostly. Tandem mechanical seals and dry gas mechanical seals are widely used for key positions.

All the pumps have been successfully tested and witnessed by the end user prior to the loading, they are expected to be installed at site in May, 2020. A continuous delivery of 2^nd lot for one hundred and twenty-seven pumps is scheduled to be completed in the next three months.

Congratulations on our successful testing of end-suction multistage pump！

Our company has an end-suction multistage pump successfully tested in Jan. 31, 2019. The pump is developed on account of providing low NPSHr and higher discharge head, which will be a very economic substitue product to HPS pump for skid package projects.

The pumps is self-balanced and of between-bearings type with end suction and top/side discharge. The pump can be used to handle clean liquids like sea water, produced water, hydrocarbon liquids, petro-chemicals and etc with material level of S-4, S-5, S-6, C-6, S-8, A-7, A-8, D-1, D-2. 

Two API 610  BB1 pumps were successfully tested last week in our testing loop. 

The pump was designed and manufactured to transfer light crude oil for European client, and it was operated with flow of 2500m3/h at discharge head of 30 meters, the efficiency is 78.6%, made of carbon steel.
